I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Dale, Malik and Rob for their efforts during our storm repair. They are an extremely professional and knowledgeable crew under Dale’s very capable leadership. You should be very pleased and proud to have guys like them to represent your company.

I just wanted to take a minute and send a kudos to your team. The IT manager for the School District just called me to say what an excellent job your crew did yesterday. He said he had seen a lot of fiber pulls in his time but your guys were top notch and they didn’t cut any corners. He was also very impressed with the crew leader and said he made quick decisions and was very knowledgeable. I know a lot of times we are constantly asking you to expedite things and you don’t always hear the positive things. So I wanted to pass this along to you and your team, thank you for the excellent work.
“BTW, that crew couldn’t have been more polite.” I know we always expect it out of our crews but when a customer makes it a point to let us know it is really a great compliment. Please let them know that is does not go unnoticed and to keep up the great work. Thanks.
